Haha, it's a new beginning!

My name is Dabney, (Side-Note: I know I'm labeled as Lily on my first deviation and under my screenname, and it's my online name, just to sum it at that.) and I started drawing in eighth grade from the influence of one of my best friends. She drew anime and manga style, so that's what I began with. And to put it supply, my drawings at that time... SUCKED. And in a matter of a year, I began to learn to my style was not with anime, and it slowly formed more into a cartoonish, Disney-style type of drawing.

So now, three years later... I still have not come even CLOSE to my exact style, since I'm still not a fully-formed artist, but I'm trying... and I have a slight idea.

I hope to some day become an animator for Disney, but before go to NYU or another broader college but with a good art program, and then afterwards go to JUST an art college for like... a master's.

Anyway, I hope to develop this DeviantArt with more art, and I also hope to get more watchers and comments in the near future.

One more side-note, I'm hoping to get PhotoShop for my next birthday, and to take the class in my next year of highschool so that I can start coloring my own drawings... but until then, if I have any colored Deviations, then they'd be colored by my great friend, Jina! (Who is AWESOME, by the way!)
